Our Associate Program
At Elevate, we offer full-time and part-time paid internship programs designed specifically for new esthetics and cosmetology graduates. In our Associate Program, you’ll learn how to provide an exceptional client experience by working side by side with one of our outstanding educators.
This hands-on, one-to-one mentoring and coaching program is built to provide you with a distinguished advantage at the start of your career. Full-time associates can earn up to $30k/year, along with access to world-class technical courses and nationally renowned educators. Beyond the one-to-one coaching, associates can also have weekly opportunity days to focus on their own clientele and hone their skills.
Guest Service Experts
A seamless, friendly experience at Elevate starts with our
front-of-house Guest Service Experts!
Responsible for maintaining the salon in-person and on the phone, these teammates are thoroughly trained to offer additional service opportunities and at-home care to our guests and clientele.
