Cancellation Policy

At Elevate Hair Studio, we value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. Our appointments are reserved exclusively for each guest, so we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

48+ Hours Notice

Appointments canceled or rescheduled 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the services booked. This fee will be charged to the card on file.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be charged 100% of the services booked to the card on file.
